Method 1

If you already have a ring that fits, follow these instructions.

Measure the inside diameter of the ring with a ruler and compare it with our size chart below

Method 2

1. Wrap a piece of string/paper around your finger
2. Using a pen, make a mark where it meets
3. Measure the string/paper against a ruler in mm and compare with our size chart below (circumference)
