If the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address for reasons such as incorrect address or the receiver is not home, the package will then be returned to us at the customers expense.

This includes any shipping costs, duty and tax the package may have incurred. This amount will then be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. If you would like the package to be redelivered, you will have to pay the shipping cost again. If you choose to not have the packaged redelivered, you will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, they can be returned to us for a refund or for an exchange.

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The items must be unworn and complete and in their original packaging
• The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note, that you are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. It is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the items returned.
