IMPORT CHARGES

For countries in the EU, you will NOT be required to pay any import tax, duties or custom fees.

For all other countries, we are not responsible for any import or custom fees. Please check your country's customs website for more information on how customs fees are accessed. Packages returned due to failure to pay will be refunded minus the shipping and 15% restocking fee.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If the package cannot be delivered to the shipping address for reasons such as incorrect address or the receiver is not home, the package will then be returned to us at the customers expense.

If you would like the package to be redelivered, you will have to pay the shipping cost again. If you choose to not have the packaged redelivered, you will incur a 15% restocking fee.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, they can be returned to us for a refund or for an exchange.

Email our support team with your order number, the reason for return and photos of your item to support@notgrey.xyz

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The items must be unworn and complete and in their original packaging
2. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
3. Please note, that you are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. It is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the items returned.

WARRANTY

All orders comes with one year warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers cases where there is manufacturing defect or if it arrives damaged.

Send an email with a photo to support@notgrey.xyz along with your order number and we'll ensure you receive a replacement or store credit to spend one something else from our store.

*If your item is stolen, lost or damaged purposely, this will not be covered by our warranty.

** If you have purchased our One Year Extended Warranty, you will be covered for two years.
