Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, you have 14 days to return the item for an exchange.
Unfortunately, once this date has passed, we are no longer able to process any exchanges.
In order to be eligible for the exchange, your piece(s) must be new and unworn so it is in a resalable condition and in its original packaging.
If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will not be able to process a return. Therefore, please ensure the item is packaged well.
We will ask for a picture to confirm that it’s in new condition before we start the return process. By including this in the initial email, it will speed up the exchange process.
The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note, that you are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Only one exchange can be processed free of charge. If you require an exchange for a second time, you will need to be pay for the cost of it being shipped out.
